Ickle problems

Hey guys
As you can see from my pics I am also small..Not a choice I picked obviously but have to make the best of a bad situation.
A question, I also have quite tight balls pretty much all the time. I find it hard to self examine for testes cancer, anyone have any tips?

do it in the evening most everyone sac drops as the day goes on, mine is very tight in the morning it is now 10:30 pm and they arehanging low now.

It will be a lot easier to perform self examination if you do it whilst in a warm shower, or better still whilst sitting in a hot bath. This will alow your sac to hang lower, and allow you more access
