Is it possible to over do it?

I like to think I'm a pretty standard bloke. However this doesn't exclude my from personal grooming, which a lot of my mates down the pub seem to think it does, judging by how they turn themselves out.
However, there are definite limits. So often I see guys with shaped and plucked eyebrows, wearing foundation and even makeup. You only have to stroll around the cosmetic and perfume department of Debenhams to see what I mean.
I think this might be a overdoing it somewhat. Men should keep themselves groomed, but personally, I don't think they should ape women.
My personal opinion... Thought anyone?
