Diet and exercise can help one of those problems. The hair club and a very expensive plastic surgeon can fake the other two.
Photoshop can go a long way toward improving one aesthetic appeal. For example, if we carefully Photoshop this image...... we can refine her appearance.
I agree that Photoshop can work wonders for one's appearance, but I really liked her better before she was retouched and then cropped to a head shot. LOL
