A quick Google search comes up with no other "sanctioned" alternatives. How far from Cedar Trails are you (Peebles, OH)? I'm sure there are places to go for primitive camping (ie, not at a campground) where one could be nude, but I don't know of any in WV offhand. In the GW Forest in VA there are primitive camp sites that are far enough off the road where you can be nude and no one will see you (speaking from experience). The sites are near Camp Roosevelt.
