Heading to FL in a few weeks - is it still warm enough to get out on the water? Love to sail..If u catch it between cold fronts, it aught to be fine. Gulf water probably not great to swim in, but sailing ok.
Avoid cold fronts themselves. They whip up the gulf pretty well.

Have deck shoes & sun glasses, the spirit of the sea and a good bit of crewing experience. Would enjoy a opportunity to ply the waters in the buff, except of course wearing deck shoes & sun glasses.
