Room mate wanted asap

Local Room for Rent:

Available January 1, 2015

I have 1in my home in Auburn NY, minutes from downtown
and Cayuga Community College. The room is furnished with a full bed, dresser
and desk and has its own closet. Utilities, access to house phone, and internet
included in the $550 per month rent. There is off-street parking for one
vehicle, as well as 2 bus stops within a short walking distance. My new
roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room with
cable TV, kitchen and bathroom.

Ideally, Im looking for
someone to stay at least six months, a non-smoker, and not too noisy.Be
advised that my 2 indoor cats have the run of the apartment as well. If this
arrangement sounds like it might suit you or for more information, please contact
