Hi all,
I'm very new to Nudism and therefore still a fair bit self-conscious about my body. I understand that nudists don't care about looks and that they accept people for their natural selves but I'm still slightly concerned about a few small things. Is there anything I can do to speed up the process of adapting to nudity?

Nudist's are notgenerally interested in body size or shape. I advise newbies to just jump in and the feeling of shyness will soon fade away.

The more you go to resorts or nudist events the easier it it.You really just don't notice it after a while.
