comparison, also lead running, hiking, water aerobics and weightlifting
at nudist club. Observation: nudity encourages greater exertion and
diligence. I'd guess a 10% greater caloric usage, and a good 50% higher
average attendance. Nudity is fun, and fun motivates. Interesting.

I always thought exercising nude was better for us all. Thanks for your observations. I enjoy physical activity like hiking, swimming and yoga naked.

Thanks, guys, for great responses! First question: how would you package/sell a nudist gym? a) Would it have to be single-gender? (For example, I'm recalling the old all-male YMCA with nude swimming, and my own experiences at the old all-male NYAC before it went co-ed.) I'm very interested, because I've a dream to bring back the "gymnos" (nude) in gymnasium. b) If single sex, what steps to attract clientele who want to appear 100% hetero (no such thing, but I won't argue with their wish to appear so).
