Post #22PrincedaleUndies OnlyLiving free with acceptance. RE: Do bras do more harm than good? The Mrs. had reduction surgery nearly 3 months ago. It was the best thing she's ever did for her back and shoulders. It was difficult to find bras to fit properly and even those would leave marks on her shoulders from the straps. She was most comfortable braless but in most circles it's frowned upon, especially when it was obvious she wasn't wearing one (hard to conceal ones that large and how they hang). She loves the nudist lifestyle because she was accepted the way she was and now she's accepted because although she has had the reduction, there is still the long process of healing and the ugly scars...which is fine with everyone.
I am the same way, hard to find the right size, and just try to get these puppys into a running bra, forget it. I too am planning rduction surgery.
