Whether we think while we sleep? Surely we do - the live mind always thinks...
Is it a conscious process? Not at all - our minds are doing their routine while sleeping like rethinking experienced, solving problems, and so many other things...
Did we remember our sleeping-thoughts? Sure we do - a tiny part of them "seen" in our dreams, another tiny part into a sudden solution of some unsolved problem...
So, did we like some of the dreams we remember, and did we hate others? Surely we do...From that point of view, in my naked sleep I love to think about all of you naked sleeping people... especially about my lovely GF... And when she sleeps naked in my arms not to think only, but this is a subject of another topic...
