I am looking for male only to rent a room, share my house, you have a private bed and a share bath, use of kitchen and laundry and access to the whole house, off road parking. This is a older house here. NO DRUGS, NO DRAMA, NO HEAVY DRINKERS. I live in a quiet area and don't have any trouble with anyone. You must have a job, transportation, no felony record and no overnight guest unless we agree on it. Looking for someone that like being nude or can deal with, this house is clothing free here. Rent is 400.00/month plus half utilities and cable.
