Are you saying you need confidence to be a nudist? Or are you saying you need to be open, honest and real with people? It is true that nudists are often very friendly with nothing to hide. I spent most of my life denying my desire to be a nudist, even to my self, even though I'd get naked whenever I thought it safe to do so. It was only when I discovered the nudist world that I could be myself, quite late in life.
