Is it the chocolate or the milk?
Return to DiscussionsI can't stand milk without the chocolate. But I can take the chocolate without the milk as long as there is something to sweeten it. I'm told that the health benefits of chocolate disappear when combined with milk. So while I like drinking it as much as anyone else, I'm conscious that I should do so in moderation.
