Just wondering if any Gym Loving Nudists do Les Mills workouts? And if so what do you think of them? They seem popular but I see mostly women in the classes?
Well, had another 3 monthly review on Friday, and the news was all good. Body weight is up marginally, to 81kg (178lb), and all measurements, except waist have increased. Body fat is now down another 1-2% All is good! :)
