If anyone knows of any remote hiking trails in Virginia or Maryland Id love to join a group to do a naked hike. I have hiked naked before, just not on the East Coast.

There are good hiking trails at Avalon Resort just across the state line in WV and at Pine Tree Associates in MD. Both are on nudist properties so there's no worry about a lack of attire.
