I would be interested in a Skype yoga session. I'm an amateur but do my own stretches/poses/flows for up to an hour.

Hi . I lead a 80-90 minute Active Stretching session each Tuesday evening at 7:00 Eastern Time. Active Stretching is an excellent compliment to yoga and will improve your yoga practice and results tremendously.
