Some people like being photographed, some like taking the photo. I personally haven't posted any photos of myself nude or clothed ever. If any are online it was from someone else. It's just a personal choice because of work environment. The lo ger I am retired the more I think I might but my wife would freak out, she doesn't even want anyone else but me to be nude.
