- I started as a naturist at a late stage in life - when I was about 66, I suddenly realised I was no longer worried what other people thought about me, and that I preferred to be naked. I'm not very active - there are many opportunities in Britain for public nudity, but so far I have mostly enjoyed my garden, where I studiously got a tan behind a green screen (made by my dear wife, who would never be seen naked if she were the last person on earth, sadly.) Too darn cold during winter anyway!
