About 77Jim23
First note that I am slowed down by a movement disorder: Parkinsonism-- not to be confused with Parkinson's disease. It affects my balance and walking, but little else. I live independently, and can do just about anything except dance and take long walks. rn I have many interests including: music, art, bonsai, amateur radio, reading (mostly non fiction), science (human behavior, cosmology), and history (civil war, reinnaisance). And, don't forget vegitarianism and naturism.rn My wife of 48 years died three years ago. I'm lonely and I'm looking for someone to have fun with.

Who I'd like to meet
That's easy. Someone with some, hopefully several, of my interests. She should be independent, and basically happy.
My Interests
See above.
Movies
Not a big fan of horror and thrillers. I prefer comedies and stories that can't be taken too seriously i.e. Si fi and fantasy. I'll watch any movie with Christopher Walkin or Jennifer Coolidge and if they ever made a movie together, I'd be the first in line.
Music
I play guitar, banjo, and dobro. I play bluegrass and traditional country regularly with a group of friends. I started taking piano lessons at age 5; but don't play piano that much now days. I enjoy classical music and opera. I believe angels play the lute. I also enjoy rock: Led Zeppelin, Z Z Top, Van Halen.
My Heroes
Hmmm Haven't thought about this much. I guess I'll have to go with Abe Lincoln, Pete Seeger, and musicians Leo Kottke, and Glen Gould.
