- (Contd). Also a sharp-eyed pharmacist noted that one of the drugs I was taking for high blood pressure ENHANCED the side effects of the ADT. Not so good. she advised me to take the Orgovyx (ADT) at least 6 hours before taking the blood pressure med. That definitely helped. My testosterone level is almost non-existent but I can still appreciate the beauty of womens pictures posted on TN. Nevertheless, libido is not part of the deal and wont be until Oct 2025.
- Prostate Cancer Update. My radiation treatment, mercifully, was over almost a month and a half ago and I hoped that side effects would be over as well, but I still continue to take the ADT pills; they have side effects similar to the radiation and theyre not over until October 2025. Those side effects continue the greatest of which are hot flashes and fatigue. To mitigate at least the fatique, I have been one and now am in second regime of exercise programs.

- Practicing social nudity five days a week until the end of July. Unfortunately it involves external beam radiation treatment (EBRT) for prostate cancer. Oh well. The trick is to drink enough water prior to treatment to lift my bladder up and out of the way of the radiation without pain of desperately having to go to the bathroom while the treatment is going on. The art of being full but not too full. I look forward to social nudity in the future that does not involve radiation except from the Sun.

Like naked chair and senior yoga at home, but would be interested in small groups. Also like aquatic exercise, but not had much recent naturist opportunity. Four months ago, I had a stroke. The biggest deficit is aphasia/apraxia. I am trying to overcome it with exercise which releases brain-derived neurotrophic factor which helps regrow injured nerves . I started a group for stroke survivors.
