- I have been working on losing weight through the Diabetes Prevention program at the YMCA for the past six months and I have lost almost 20 pounds so far, but I have lost almost 65 pounds since my heaviest weight and I have about 65 to go to reach my ideal weight. I look at the pictures I posted on TN when I was 25 pounds heavier and I am embarrassed by them. Nevertheless, I am not quite ready to post more, perhaps when I have lost another 15 pounds.

About AlaskaJoe
Like naked chair and senior yoga at home, but would be interested in small groups. Also like aquatic exercise, but not had much recent naturist opportunity. Naturist swimming in other countries, almost no opportunity in Alaska. BTW, if you aren't certified and/or I don't already know you, don't bother sending me a friend request. Too many people who are not who they claim to be. You might really be Sean Hannity or Marjorie Taylor Green or somebody even more odd for cat's sake!
Four months ago, I had a stroke. The biggest deficit is aphasia/apraxia. I am trying to overcome it with exercise which releases brain-derived neurotrophic factor which helps regrow injured nerves . I started a group for stroke survivors.
