- Hi my name is Portey and am very new to this site.. I live in New Zealand and am a double amputee above the knees. Went under a train 50 years ago.. I spend as much time as I can as a nudist. I learnt many years ago never to be ashamed of my body. Was a member of a nudist community in AKL NZ and loved the freedom, openness and honesty of fellow members... I ive in a small rural community and love my own freedom to be myself.

About PORTEY
I'm a double above knee amputee... lost both my legs in 1973 in an horrific train accident! I recall my surgeon saying "the best form of healing is Mother Nature Herself" He invited me to join his family at their Nudist Club one weekend... From there, I have never looked back! Lived and worked internationally over the years in the Media industry. Retired and came home to Aotearoa (New Zealand) I now own the local radio station in my hometown in Rural NZ. I am single and miss many of my nudist friends around the world. The one thing above all, that still to this day, resonates with me is...being naked, 'THERE IS NO DISCRIMINATION!!'
