Hello, my name ist Patrick, and for me naturism/nudism means "connecting". Connecting with nature physically, emotionally and spiritually. Connecting with others free from social barriers. And connecting with myself on a deeper level.

I encountered nudism for the first time on holidays in Denmark with my family when I was 12 years old. During college, 25 years ago, I then started frequenting nude beaches with like-minded friends on a regular basis, and soon I also adopted a nudist lifestyle at home.

Stripping off my clothes is the first thing I do when I come home after work, and I walk around the house naked most of the year, except for winter. But as much as I like being nude at home, there's nothing more liberating for me than being naked in nature, feeling the sun and the wind on my skin and the soil under my bare feet. I love swimming in my favourite lake with my girlfriend in summer, and we both enjoy the good vibes of the local nudist community that comes together there each summer. In recent years, I also I discovered the joys of nude hiking, and I hope that I will find some nice, quiet trails this summer where I can enjoy walking naked in the forest.
