- I hadnt really been to the beach much this year, but the weather was just too nice the other day, so I decided to go. The water still had a slight chill to it, which actually felt perfect and refreshing. I spent some time alternating between sunbathing and dipping into the sea, then headed home. Even though I had cooled off at the beach, the walk back was so hot that I ended up sweating again. On the way home, I stopped by McDonalds and then went to a public bath.

- I like practicing yoga naked, but sometimes I find it hard to get into the right mindset. I think its because my left brain craves more stimulation. However, when I acknowledge that voice and start doing yoga anyway, it always feels great, and I end up thinking that this alone is more than enough.
