Who I'd like to meet
I would like to meet Nelson Mandela,l did see the top of his head when he came to visit Bedford a few years ago,it was magic and the crowds were so happy he was there.l would also like to meet the Fashion Expert,Gok Wan as he enspires so many women in his fashion sense.He makes women look fantastic whatever her size and shape and is so sweet with everyone.
My Interests
l like helping people in need ,also help out with Cat Rescue Charity.Love gardening with Roger my husband.l am a volunteer steward at the Castle Theatre in Wellingborough and love the shows that they have there.l like live music and follow many bands and singers that are local.We are going to two Folk Festivals this year and we camp over 3 days,hope the weather will be kind to us this year.
Movies
When l was young,l would go to the cinema maybe 5 or 6 times a week,l was born in Bedford and they had 4 cinemas so went often.l like all kinds of films,dont have a favourite but The Notebook is a wonderful,tender love story that makes you weep a lot. I also am a fan of Musicals and try to see as many as possible.
Music
love most music but not opera or jazz.Musical Theatre is one of my passions and have seen many musicals over the years.l like Neil Diamond,Katherine Jenkins,seen both of them.Russell Watson.Folk.Regee,Pan Pipes,Indian Music,so many to mention. I have also been a fan of Darious Campbell for a few years now and am following him on the show Popstar to Opera star and hope he makes the final.
