- I belong to a religious organization whose rules for conduct can at times be more strict than those of society at large. Those aren't the limits that give me difficulty. The one tenant with which I struggle at heart is its antiquated cultural norm of what it inaccurately calls "modesty." So, what makes it doubly difficult is that the organization's views on nonsexual nudity matches those outside the organization. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
