I never defined myself as a nudist until I became a member here. I have had the advantage of growing up in a house at a remote place with a beach, no-one ever came to. We always used to be naked there. Sometimes I visit nudistbeaches but mostly I visit a nudist old wooden bath-house that is open even in wintertime (below zero). Im a fairly :-) normal guy. I love to sport like running or tritahlon (mostly sprints).I am quite fit but there is always room for improvement, espescially now.

This I quote from another nudist here:
"My living situation is certainly open-minded enough that I could opt for nudity all the time, there, if I wanted to, but it's not my focus and I don't see the importance of it. For me, being naked is just something that's fun and natural when it's shared outdoors, in the sunshine, having a blast. So I'm very casual about it, and don't revolve my whole lifestyle around it, although my lifestyle does happen to include an awful lot of nude fun :-)

I have no problem making it clear that I am an open-minded, sex-positive person, and highly expressive person, and I have no need for turning off the lights on those aspects of myself when I go nude. I feel that all parts of a person should be invited to all parts of their life. It would feel totally dishonest if I didn't admit that I love the way it feels to casually experience the thrill of being seen naked, and the decadent fun of looking at other lovely beings without their clothes. To me this is simply natural and honest, and doesn't have to mean that there is an obsessive focus on sex, nor an invitation to invade other's space or make them feel uncomfortable. I think that it's possible to accommodate one-another, gracefully, and integrate these parts of ourselves, rather than pushing away or rush toward."
