- I was always under the impression that breasts without bras unless the breasts were small required a bra to stop premature sagging. And also, while exercising they could move too freely causing them to lose their firmness more quickly over time. Would anyone like to comment on this? either set me straight, or if not tell me that it's still worth setting them free? Hey, i'm all for freedom. I'd love to be able to support braless knowing it's healthiest.

I guess you could call me an online- and sometimes home-nudist.
I was raised the opposite i guess of a nudist. Definitely a no-no, not even around the house. Even now it's not something discussed amongst my family or close friends, many of whom i've kept fairly close for a long time.
So this is a major thing for me. And very thrilling. I have so far restricted myself to having nude massages and a very rare adventure in public. It's definitely not normal for me. But in this environment i can forget about the taboos i've carried over from my early years.
I would rather chat with, view and be viewed by women here of all ages when i'm invited or if i'm welcome after politely introducting myself.
I'm open to chat with men but not to be perused intimately.
I'm happy to discuss nudism and nudity with anyone here within those parameters. I'd like to know the experiences of those with backgrounds similar to mine, or just exploring .. but also of anyone for whom nudism is something they've always known, to see what it might have been like.
