I am a 23 and recently got into nudism/naturism.
I first experienced nudism this year at a nude beach in Miami (Haulover) on a trip to America. I found it very liberating and met some very down to earth people.
I have been to the clothes optional beach in Devon a couple of times and a naturist swimming meet.
