Worked as a cook/chef for 25 years. I worked at the Grand Canyon National Park for the concessionaire, worked on a small cruise line in Alaska, worked for the Sun Valley Resort in Idaho, as well as at Crater Lake National Park. So I did all my training while I was working. Now I just want to stay home and relax. I'm now retired/disabled (end stage renal disease for being a diabetic for 37 years). I do dialysis three times a week. Looking for someone who can handle all that that entails.
