I found naturism as a teenager, and it changed everything for me. After years of struggling with body image due to school bullying, being in a social nude environment taught me that every body is "perfect" in its own way. Seeing the diversity of real human forms helped me shed shame and embrace body positivity.
My girlfriend is naturally body-confident and has always loved being nude at home; last year, she took the plunge at Studland Beach for her first public experience! We love the "exhilarating" feeling of the elementssun, wind, and waterdirectly on our skin. There is nothing quite like the freedom of a skinny dip!
