I am, fit clean, caring, understanding, and discreet. Although getting on a bit, I have a reasonable body, my own teeth, I am active, and can hold a conversation, and have diverse interests. I am very good with my hands, I like cooking, and am, 'Clean about the house, astute in the market place, and (used to be) frantic in bed.
