- Havent posted in awhile, I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago. Getting older sometimes sucks. Recently found out what a slipped disc feels like putting pressure on the spinal cord and the sciatic nerve. NOT FUN.but Im doing great now with chiropractic and massage therapy and some beers.lol. But, man this is the first time Ive ever in my life felt pain and paralysis.but its all good now!!! Swimming in the Japan sea and beach really helped too.
