How you are your body is present in the world is the crux of nudism. I get that people may feel this is something not related to clothing or the lack thereof but, respectfully, I disagree and that argument applies only if you remove nudism from any social setting and focus entirely inwards.
As soon as you put nudism in a social setting is about respect for ones bodily autonomy and their decision to clothe themselves how they see fit, including with no clothes at all. Circumcision on those who are too young to consent or even begin to understand what is being decided to be done to their body by another person is absolutely anti that respect for bodily autonomy.

It is absolutely anti bodily autonomy. And when the equivalent procedure is done to an infant girl it is deemed genital mutilation and barbaric. That's the part that makes no sense to me. How can the same people that see this as a horrendous thing if done to a little girl just have zero issue with it being done to a little boy. The issue is it became common practice over the course of generations, now it's "the norm" and what to be expected. And when people speak out against it those who see nothing wrong with it sit back dumbfounded that someone would be outraged by it. They are literally performing a cosmetic procedure that can not be undone on a days old newborn baby. For the record I would be opposed to ANY unnecessary procedure being done on a child, especially a newborn, period. I didn't even pierce my kids ears as newborns, because it was unnecessary. They just went through a very physically traumatic thing, their bodies are trying to heal and recover from that, the last thing they need is a potential infection to deal with.
