It has never bothered me. Nude is nude no matter at home, the beach, your back yard, so fore what is the point of not sleeping nude when your paying to stay hell yes get naked as soon as I get in the door.Funny story I was working at a hotel, I was moving and to make things easier on myself I decided to stay at the hotel where I worked.I worked the eavning shift and when I got offI would swim or workout and unwind so I could sleep. This night I swam, I worked out and couldn't unwind. So I drank a few beers and got sleepy I thought I put the do not disturb sign on outside of door or thought I did anyway. Well morning shift came in and start doing maid service on the rooms. Somehow in the computer system it showed my room as vacant. So I was sound asleep, I start under the covers but never am I covered come morning. The housekeeper didn't knock because room said vacant and she walked right in on me. I woke up a little enough to speak and said good morning and her name. She was gone in a flash I laughed and fell back 66. I eventually got up and was sitting in a 6 having coffee I had one leg cocked up on the table and the other resting on the bed and another housekeeper came threw and did same thing again. Well to say the least it didn't bother me at all but those two housekeepers couldn't look me in the face for a few weeks. They both learned really quick to knock before entering a hotel room.
Also when sharing a motel room for work which I never had the option to share a room with the opposite sex. But I have always slept nude,which has only been 4 times but same coworker 2 times and the all where nude sleepers as well. 2 of the 3 would get undressed and hang out one was just nude sleepers. But I hit it head on and let them know I slept nude and if I get up to go use bathroom I usually don't put anything on. All three had same response I don't either. So that made things very relaxed
The only time I am not nude in my hotel room is if we are sharing the room with others. Then I will toss on a pair of loose shorts. For sleeping however, once I am under the sheet those shorts come off. I can't stand sleeping with clothes on.
Absolutely hate having to wear clothes to bed. Seems as illogical as having to wear something into the sea only to have it get wet and need drying! Although, I do concede there are times when I have to. Recently went into hospital for a minor op - two night stay and had to buy a pair of loose boxer shorts and loose t-shirt as I dont own pyjamas! Hotels: only ever share a hotel room with my wife, so always sleep naked.
