Do you... Intermittent fast or prolonged fasting or every other day eating?

I have tried all three....

Intermittent fasting to me means at least one meal in each 24 hour period. Some people also call it time restricted feeding.

Every other day eating to me is hardest.

Prolonged fasting is difficult for me until unless I go ultra low carb a couple of days first. At 36 hours is my tough spot. Unfortunately a medication I am needs to be taken with food.

Since I am at 30% body fat intermittent fasting is my method I am currently using to jump start myself back into Ketosis.

As with everything I check in with my doctor who will answer short emails at no cost. And of course I get as many labs as I can as often as I can. In the past Costco had quarterly health screenings, I used those to test and sent my results to my doctor.

What have you tried or are doing?
